Ok friends! We have all been there.... the night before involved celebration, cocktails, or “just one more,” and you feel awful the next monring. If this has happened, the Morning Reset Tea is your gentle way back to balance. Designed to support digestion, hydration, and liver function, this tea isn’t about detoxing or depriving — it’s about supporting your body with intention.
This blend uses traditional herbs like dandelion root, ginger, and peppermint to help ease nausea, calm the stomach, and support your body’s natural reset process. Think of it as a slow, soothing start to your day — no judgment, just tea.
🌿 What’s in This Morning Reset Tea (and Why It Helps)
Dandelion Root Tea
The base of this blend and a true unsung hero. Dandelion root is traditionally used to support liver function, which can be especially helpful after a night of indulgence. It’s grounding, slightly earthy, and sets the tone for a gentle reset — not a harsh detox.Ginger
Ginger is that friend who always shows up when you need them. It’s well known for helping ease nausea, support digestion, and reduce that unsettled stomach feeling. If your stomach is feeling a little questionable this morning, ginger has your back.Turmeric + Black Pepper
Turmeric brings powerful anti-inflammatory support, which your body may appreciate after a long night. Adding a pinch of black pepper helps increase turmeric absorption — because teamwork matters, even in tea.Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon adds brightness and balance while supporting liver enzymes and providing vitamin C. It helps wake up your system without overwhelming it, and gives the tea that clean, refreshing finish.Peppermint
Peppermint is incredibly soothing for the digestive system. It can help calm bloating, ease stomach discomfort, and support digestion, all while making this tea taste extra refreshing.Honey
A touch of honey adds natural sweetness and offers gentle blood sugar support, which can be especially helpful if you woke up feeling a little depleted. It’s comfort, but make it functional.
You’ll need:
1 cup brewed dandelion root tea
½–1 tsp fresh ginger (or to taste)
¼ tsp turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
Honey, optional
How to make it:
Brew your dandelion root tea according to package instructions.
Add ginger, turmeric, and black pepper while hot.
Stir in lemon juice and honey to taste.
Sip slowly. Deep breaths encouraged
Personally this is refreshing after a longer night out than you intended (or maybe you DID intend - I Do not judge!) Let me know if you try this!!
Cheers, Tiffany
